Answer: No. We do not send emails. We do all the "dirty" work at SenderFlex and then seamlessly pass your emails off to your Sender to complete the process. So, YES, you'd need an external Sender (many are 'free' to start). This way you have full control over your results - and your monthly costs.

Yes we are compliant (we don't actually send emails). The only reason you'd get "shut down" is if you violate the terms of your Sender service. Just make sure you check with their terms/limits before you start blasting away.

A "send" in this case, is the process of SenderFlex passing a message to your Sender to be emailed. Simply put.. our system grabs your email that you've created in your SF backoffice, says "Here you go" to your Sender, and your Sender says "Ok thanks, I'll email that out for you". That's a SenderFlex "Send".
